Important: Managed at School Level
Lost or damaged cards are handled by the school, not parents. Your child should report immediately to:
- At the Booth: Select lost card option, enter serial number
- Liaison Officer: Report to designated school officer

Child Leaves School
Dial *272*80# → Select 4 "Agent/Merchants" or contact Liaison Officer. Balance returned to parent's MTN Mobile Money within 30 days.

Q: Child called but I missed it - can I call back?
No direct callback is possible. You can only send a voice message if your school policy permits.
Q: Sent money but balance didn't update?
Contact support with transaction details via *272*80# → Select 8.
Q: Can I send money to School Fees wallet specifically?
Yes, all fees-related top-ups can be directed to the School Fees wallet.
Q: Balance shows zero after sending money?
Check if termly service package (UGX 15,000) was deducted at term start. Review SMS notifications for details.
